i gotta question for u the guy, first, mike would never disgrace himself to use genie sensors, that slow start /stop, means its a dc motor, check out a liftmaster 3850 or the top line raynor belt drive/ , those carriges are unusually genie/ reliable, and also, WHAT IS THIS, LOOK AT THIS ,!!!!! ITS A CHAMBERLAIN SENSOR ON A GENIE OPENER, WHAT, Ure kidding me??????, hahahahahah, jk so funny, with the sensors , like the excelerator , RLY, also u got the remotes, selling them?,also3850usessamelimt

Mmm. changed the senors and the remotes. i like the remotes better than the "tumbstone" or even worse... the Lowes remotes... it is quiet... pretty cool.

Yes. Belt lift is just genies name for their belt drive.
