If that's the brute you kicked out of the banshee then... 1) It's only programmed to fly the banshee 2) Banshee come toward you when they shoot at you, that's why hes walking 3) It has no weapons to fire, and since it's only programmed to fly a Banshee, the game designers didn't expect you to take 1 from a brute, saying that, they don't have any program to say, berserk, or shoot at you.
