This reminds me distinctly of Mayonaise by Smashing Pumpkins crossed with Sigur Ros, and hints of some Porcupine Tree, and even Yes. Incredible stuff really, very heartfelt, delicate, sublime yet also with a depth and complexity which seem to reflect that character even moreso. Fluttershy would indeed be proud.
I can't say anything too dramatic. MLP did not save my life, nor did they change me into a completely different person.
What I can say, however, is that MLP has opened my eyes to a different outlook on life. It has shown me that one can find beauty in simplicity. Alike many other people, the Brony fandom saved my life. A few months ago, I was going to commit suicide by hanging myself, I had everything planned and ready to go. I was skyping with my friend ( a Brony that I haven't met irl) about it, and he dialed 911 after tracking my location. The police came to my house and I was sent to the hospital, and have been attending therapy since. These ponies are what keep me going. I love all of you guys...

I just wanted to say that becoming a brony was the best thing I ever did. It helped me battle depression and my anger issues. I just recently became a pacifist to, no more fighting for me (hopefully) and id like to thank all of you in the brony community and my idols: ThelivingTombstone, WoodenToaster (Glaze), General Mumble, and my great grandfather. I am a 16 year old stait male and I'm proud to be part of such a loving family, I'm proud to be a brony!
Fluttershy will always be my favorite pony. Her theme maybe not be as intense as the other ponies' but that doesn't take away the powerful meaning of this song. As a filly, i'm proud to see the opposite race come together in friendship.

So touching! Really, no words can describe what this apparently silly show (in the eyes of what's socially accepted) has brought into the lives of so many, many people, including myself among them. In my case, this show has opened my mind, my eyes and my heart in a way that no other thing has done before, except maybe for classical music.
It may not seem as a big deal yet, but we bronies are starting to change the world's obsolete conceptions of what's to be considered cool, awesome, funny, or "manly" (whatever each of us want it to mean), among other things. In the face of intolerance and hate, we are defending incredibly inspiring ideals and values which go way deeper than stupidly adorable cartoons.
Why is it that hate is so easily expressed, yet the expression of Love is so feared and avoided?

How about Maya the Bee, Penny of Inspector Gadget (or of Pee-Wee), Mrs. Brisby, Gadget Hackwrench, Babs Bunny, Sailor Moon, Cardcaptor Sakura, Powerpuff Girls, Azumanga Daioh, Tangled? And that's only counting some animation, not live-action or other entertainers, and only counting the last 20-30 years. The male bronies who believe questioning their own male gender identity is somehow a new phenomenon need to get off their high horse.
That's what I love about being a brony. Not just the cool tv show but the vast wondrous community of art, music, and storytelling, and the overall feel that it is okay for men to like cute things. No regrets.

I just wanted to say that becoming a brony was the best thing I ever did. It helped me battle depression and my anger issues. I just recently became a pacifist to, no more fighting for me (hopefully) and id like to thank all of you in the brony community and my idols: ThelivingTombstone, WoodenToaster (Glaze), General Mumble, and my great grandfather. I am a 16 year old stait male and I'm proud to be part of such a loving family, I'm proud to be a brony!

Fluttershy will always be my favorite pony. Her theme maybe not be as intense as the other ponies' but that doesn't take away the powerful meaning of this song. As a filly, i'm proud to see the opposite race come together in friendship.

I swear, if not for MLP and the brony community, I think I might be dead. I was thinking of suicide and almost attempted to do it once. My friend told me as a joke to watch this show, and from the first episode I was hooked. Then I found you guys; all of the music creators, the video makers, fanfiction writers. Every brony is amazing, and you should all feel proud to be part of this family.

So touching! Really, no words can describe what this apparently silly show (in the eyes of what's socially accepted) has brought into the lives of so many, many people, including myself among them. In my case, this show has opened my mind, my eyes and my heart in a way that no other thing has done before, except maybe for classical music.

It may not seem as a big deal yet, but we bronies are starting to change the world's obsolete conceptions of what's to be considered cool, awesome, funny, or "manly" (whatever each of us want it to mean), among other things. When you think of most of the world you think, Cold, Cruel and mean but you just listen to stuff like this you think, Beauty and sunlight.
