183a, despite its steep tolls, has significantly improved traffic on adjacent commuter routes (Parmer/Old 183). Of course that will change as the Leanders and Liberty Hills continue to grow :)

I actually was engaged to a girl from leander that lived in a residential neighborhood right on the highway. they actually don't really seem to care at all. you can really tell anything is different.
