  • This looks fantastic! I loved the original back in the 80's - what you've done here looks brilliant.

  • Fantastic stuff. I've been following this one ever since your first post on the Blitz forums.

Keep up the good work :)

  • great effects and frame rates. how did you resist putting star wars stuff in?? :)

would be nice if you put what tools you used to create it.

    well done.

  • Hi Keeprighton, Im using Blitz3D as the development language. And your right about wanting to put starwars stuff in, but I guessed I would get sued so its not worth risking it.

  • Its better without looking like Star Wars. You want original idea's of your own and not something that has been done to death already. Nothing has to look like anything, it should only look like something that is from you. So good job :)

  • You could have got away with it as there are 2 or 3 star wars freebies about and one of them is based on this version from the arcades.

However, this looks to be a mega improvement over the arcade remake, thats more N64 whereas this looks more 360 esque. Looks great indeed and I shall play in a while.

ps. If you haven't tried it yet, then get Battle of Endor AND Yavin {both freeware} and get them with the mods by 'Lurker' . They really are great star wars games with the mod.

    Cheers!

  • Looks hard as hell.

  • Nice! Keep up the good work!
