Please read our disclaimer: we analyze the entire System of beliefs (not individuals) in a denomination. Clearly, His Spirit calls all to the Truth of His Gospel yet, who have not come into Orthodoxy. We need answers to false teachings (like Word-Faith) which destroy souls. Every Christian needs healing with the fullness of Christ's teachings kept "alive" in the original Christian Faith from the Apostles empowered by the Holy Spirit. See our latest video: "The Truth" for more on this.
My dear precious sister and servant in the faith, I would ask you in the name of our Lord and Savior Christ Jesus, to be careful in using blanket statements implying that anyone who does not worship in an Eastern Orthodox Church is a "practicing agnostic" Christian. You do not know every Christian, nor do you know exactly what they believe. I pray that the Lord Jesus would give you eyes to recognize that.
Christ is Risen!! Thank you for your understanding - only the All-Holy Spirit will have the answers to our culture. There is a "key" and perhaps it is history...seems to resonate with many. then, the RC church is seen as the interloper it is, created by Charlemagne to replace the Apostles' Church (Orthodox) among the conquered peoples. Prayer and more prayer... Truly He IS RISEN!
Perhaps the cultural barrier which has kept Orthodoxy separate, is actually the very blessing which has preserved it as a witness for these later days.
Example: There are many Southern USA towns that have beautiful preserved architecture, because "progress" bypassed them for 150 yrs. What may have been economically disappointing to generations of residents, has turned out to be a blessing now for people weary of shopping malls and commercialization of life.

Perhaps there is a parallel purpose

This is a sweet gift on this Resurrection Day.
I think I understand how wearying it must be to be an Orthodox Missionary in America. It must be very discouraging.
1-Americans are influenced by a secular/modern/post Christianity/pagan culture
2-Americans are largely Protestant - which is reactionary to Roman Catholicism.
#2 means even American Christians are not phrasing the the right questions.
3- American already think they are Christians.
4- We're afraid of symbols and the ornate.
And more
