It actually brings nostalgic memories back to me, a time like no other, as a child walking through disney for the first time, that i remember, with my entire family... deciding on which ride to choose first, then waiting in this line with my family, looking at all the wonderous star set-ups in the queue in amazement and looking up to my pop and asking him all kinds of questions about the stars that i see at night (before fastpass even existed)
I wish they never put those games in on the lines. I miss the calming walk through the line, watching the hologram windows of planets, and the one of the ride seats. They're still there, but the mood is gone with the addition of the games. At least this will always be here.
Does anyone remember this. before the 2009 refurbishment when you rode on the TTA as you went through the lift hill with the Alpha and Omega tracks left and right. They played this music as you were riding past the exit queue, Hearing the screams as you see the glow in the dark rockets, and the old blurry projections of the Earth, Stars, And Asteroids.

I went last year with my high school marching band and we marched in a parade with just us and another high school band through the streets of Magic Kingdom, and I must say, it was an experience I will remember through out my entire life. Being there with your closest friends is an unforgettable experience.

I find it hilarious how they play this in the line while you are in a cool serene queue and they describe this as traveling to the different planets and everyones happy happy happy! You get on and you feel like you are riding an x-wing space fighter going through a black hole forever. You get off and the music plays agin and everything seems happy happy happy again!!

@ChimichangaCharlie You should see "A Totally Tomorrowland Christmas" during Mickey's Very Merry Christmas Party! When I went last November we got cookies and cocoa at Tomorrowland Terrace, went toward Space Mountain, and stayed for the show. After that, we went on Space Mountain and the Astro Orbiter. From Astro Orbiter, I looked at Space Mountain and it was absolutely beautiful! There were snowflakes on the roof and fireworks at Cinderella Castle! One of my favorite nights at Disney! :)

Can't wait to go back in March. This song is great when I'm owning in those games while you wait in the obnoxiously long wait lines in a tiny claustrophobic tunnel. BUT it's all worth it when you finally "board" your "spaceship" and get blasted into outer space, only to get jerked around and almost decapitated by the low beams that fly over your head. Yeah, it all sounds horrible, right? NOPE, its great.

@UberWagen You're so right. People should be made to take a test before they enter the park, if they can stand still for 3 and a half minutes without finding something to complain about they are let in.

Nobody controls their kids, people talk too loud during the rides, and the ones that come there every year spoil the ride because they can recite every line and act like they invented the ride itself. It wasn't so bad last time I went because I went off season, but after that, I won't ever go back peak season! It's just too good without crowds!

@perkyboy13 There's a method to the crowds and fastpasses, but it means riding the rides in the same order every time. I never waited more than 5 minutes in any ride because I played fastpass right ;). Haunted Mansion, everyone is like screaming "LOOK AT THE WALLS" the entire time your in the staging area, and just ruin it through the ride yelling stuff. You guys probably have to come in the Winter to escape our heat down here in the South during the Summer.

I always look forward to this music and hope they never get rid of it. Actually, for a period of time in the 90's they did get rid of it...I was so upset when that happened but years later this music came back. Totally brings me back to my childhood when I hear this.
I don't know if this sounds weird or anything, but I have always liked waiting in line for this ride more than the ride itself. It is an amazing setup they have and I cannot wait to go back again.

This brings back so many memories from when i first rode this ride when i was eight years old. I rode it about 4 or 5 times that trip, and this remains my favorite disney wold ride, it just has that disney magic that you look for and hold in your heart for years and years. Every time i hear this it makes me sad, and i just wanta be walking down that hallway getting into my own little space ship and blasting off into space...

Even with the update of the ride, the tunnle music turns into a ramp, I just love the music and the ride, and all kinds of stuff!

omg, i'm crying listening to stuff like this, disney world is my whole childhood, and this could be the last time i'm going for a long time, so i'm going to try and make this holiday count, i'm gunna enjoy every second and do everything i have to do, savour the little things, like this, the music.

@UberWagen You're so right. People should be made to take a test before they enter the park, if they can stand still for 3 and a half minutes without finding something to complain about they are let in.

Nobody controls their kids, people talk too loud during the rides, and the ones that come there every year spoil the ride because they can recite every line and act like they invented the ride itself. It wasn't so bad last time I went because I went off season, but after that, I won't ever go back peak season! It's just too good without crowds!

@UberWagen Very true, I've only been twice (I live in the UK) and the first time was in January and it was fabulous! When I went a few weeks ago, the Haunted Mansion had an hour long wait...

@perkyboy13 There's a method to the crowds and fastpasses, but it means riding the rides in the same order every time. I never waited more than 5 minutes in any ride because I played fastpass right ;). Haunted Mansion, everyone is like screaming "LOOK AT THE WALLS" the entire time your in the staging area, and just ruin it through the ride yelling stuff. You guys probably have to come in the Winter to escape our heat down here in the South during the Summer.

Im a sophmore in highschool and my brother is gonna be graduating pretty soon, and i just realized im probably never gonna be seeing disney again untill im all grown up with a family of my own. :( all i have now with my family are memories of this place, and this song unlocks so many of those memories :)

I always look forward to this music and hope they never get rid of it. Actually, for a period of time in the 90's they did get rid of it...I was so upset when that happened but years later this music came back. Totally brings me back to my childhood when I hear this.

This brings back so many memories from when i first rode this ride when i was eight years old. I rode it about 4 or 5 times that trip, and this remains my favorite disney wold ride, it just has that disney magic that you look for and hold in your heart for years and years. Every time i hear this it makes me sad, and i just wanta be walking down that hallway getting into my own little space ship and blasting off into space...
