@neon6 Not ineffective, just not efficient. They give you no VFX points, and do little damage. And alastor is succeptible to some attacks in particular, namely red hot kick if he's in the air.

@NetMoverSitan Don't forget that he has an attack called "Ultra Violet Kick" (name of Nelo Angelo's theme in DMC) and that his attacks include Round Trip, Air Raid, and his powered-up mode in his own playthrough is a Devil Trigger.

And an interesting fact about that DT is that he can float, just like DT Dante in DMC.

Alastor's a cool character, though they did try to force the whole rivalry thing. The good news, though, is that he's appeared in all the Viewtiful Joe games, so it's perfectly fitting...

At least I think he appeared in all the game. Did he appear in Double Trouble?
