Cloud has to die. Don't you see? If Final Fantasy VII continues it will end up like the shitty game we had last year, Final Fantasy XIII. Square-Enix has lost their touch, the final fantasy franchise are going downhill and I am afraid that they won't be able to make a good ending to the VII series unless Cloud dies. And that would be completely fair to me. Put Cloud out of his misery, has he clearly will never be able to get over the past... We all know it. It would be so dramatic! And sad....

Come on... I want to see Cloud die a wonderful death already. That would be the best ending for the VII series. No happy ending for Cloud! Except for defeating Sephiroth once and for all, and as long as Cloud exists Sephiroth will to. To put an end to Sephiroth, he must put an end to himself because Sephiroth will always be a part of Clouds memories, and as long as he is he will forever return. So Cloud has to stop existing to stop remembering.

@Shurryy sorry to butt in, but depending on how you look at it, Cloud's death could be a happy ending, he'd be reunited with two of the people he has loved most, and although it would be said, at least he'd be at piece. I mean, it was rather sad when Kadaj died but he still died, didn't he? On the other hand I see it hard for them to finish it. The secret ending to Dirge of Cerberus was about Genesis, suggesting the next would feature him, but if he's sided with the Planet, where's the quarrel?

This audio is love. I remember watching this episode of the show when I was.. 13? I also remember having a tear stained face by the end. Although, I was kinda surprised at your ending. When Lucas went to say "Is it your name?" seeing Cloud's face.. it seemed misplaced to me. And the lifestream around the sword in the end seemed unnecessary, but that's just me. Wonderful job.
