In the recent update to Facebook, it's a bit different. It only goes to a "request for permission" page and not the app page like before, so there's no way to block it as you described in your video. "Allow" and "Don't Allow" are the choices, but when I click "Don't Allow", it still doesn't block it, and I keep getting those annoying app invites. I've tried a lot of methods, including contacting Facebook, but no reply nor fix has been reached. Have you any suggestions? :-/
@MrThomasL a more simple way is to go to your wall...then under where u can share something go to ( options/settings) under the sub title application settings(click on the link) and just delete the ones that you dont want(because you cant delete all applications by going to thier pages cas not all of em have pages.
Thomas, thanks for the tips. I sometimes hesitate as it is also a way of communicating with people when you have a big list of friends.
Like for example I sent New years greetings to all my friends and some of them actually replied back to me. Guess what some of them I did not hear from a long time.
