Let the victims decide ? They can't decide, either because they're dead, or because they're in an emotional conflict with the situation. Even if the death penalty SEEMS like the best way out, most of the time it's to save money off the governement... because we all know how expensive it is to keep prisonners... People are out of their minds. Freedom of speech one of the fundamental rights. And any organzation or even person who makes moves for that cause must be shown respect and support. By anyone who wants to be called a human.
