e15patman,There are Mexican workere in Vancouver on the corner 2nd A./Ontario St.I had them a couple of times in the past and I am sorry to say I do not want them to work for me even for free.This is not meant as an insult-I am a plumber,get paid very well and people expect me to solve their problems fast.I cannot afford incompetence of any kind.Those people are simply way below my needs.
