Carol Burnett once recored a 50's novelty song called "I Made A Fool of Myself Over John Foster Dulles". Reportedly he was not amused. But being the Secty of State during the time the CIA helped overthrow the elected govt's of Iran and Guatamala, he had more important items on his mind. But it certainly helped Carol's career!
@R2Parmly it was... back when it wasn't nowhere as busy and before the expansion...Dulles opened 2 years before this film. They did a lot of actual filming in Washington, not sure they could do that part at the beginning today..
Look closely and you will see Victor Buono (King Tut from Batman) as the cook (Charlie) in the restaurant.

That music in the garage is similar to what Stone used in JFK.He does mention this movie as inspiration.
