@Dusty9261 I have custom mods and buildings. You can download them on simtropolis and sc4devotion. One of the big building mods I have is the CAM, it has tons of buildings( though it's a lot of separate files to download, it takes a while to get them all), but I would look into that.
I have problem. I play sim city 4 deluxe edition and I have never seen all those weird road and highway formations. Is that like some kind of secret unlock?

It's SimCity 4. Old, but fun, and lots of mods available. Only $20 too.
