It is one of the Collect Cards. :) Thats probably where you heard it. Because he is not in Omega Factor, no. Omega Factor has more of Tezuka's other characters, including the experimental Jetter Mars. Jetter Mars was made to test what Tezuka could get away with after the rights to Astro Boy were sold off and it helped him gain those rights back as the creator. So basically, Jetter IS Astro. (GOD I LOVE ASTRO BOY SO MUCH THAT I STUDY STUFF ABOUT TEZUKA.
