  • i think this would look better if it went on the other eye

  • Haha I actually quite like it!

  • The colors are a little harsh, but that's okay!! : ) The final product was pretty.... but can u only use it once???

  • omg thank you i been wanting to know how to do this and im glad its so easy thanks for putting up how cos i cant afford to buy actual press ons because they dont sell them in our town but thanks for makin this video so we can make them ourselves<3

  • yeah, ok, that looks horrendous. I would never do that to myself

  • the idea and intention was good, but the result wasnt....what i expected.

  • is this a joke..?

  • looks like this would help alot of people, but it would take out the fun and excitement for me to do myself.

  • I have been watching a few press on eye shadow videos and to me it seems like it puts on WAY to much color and not blended so you end up having to put time into it. So it end up being more complicated in the long run.

  • ok so what r u? like a drag queen or something? jw... but dont worry! i love gay pp my mom has tons of ga friends and they r always over! (shes a designer) :)) except sorry hun i just dont think make up suits u doll...

  • tooooo thick.. this is a womans job only

  • I Went To The Website For This Product . Why Does it have a limit of how many you can get when you customize your own kit ?

  • did avon steal your idea??

  • I'm not sure if i would say it really looks AWFUL but... I didn't really like it. I personally wouldn't do my make up that way.

  • i think that pad wouldve been better on your left eye ~

  • i dont know what to say it is so SO awful

  • I wouldn't have time to spend 10 minutes on each eye...

  • I think it looked like that card should have gone on the other eye. to much of the dark eyeshadow is on the inside of the eye at the nose. seems like it should be on your other eye.

  • Thank you for showing how to make those. :D The only thing I would say is just watch the crease, it looked ok on the paper, but you wouldn't normally put that dark of a color so far in to your eye. Thank you again so much for all of your great ideas, your the best. :D

  • eyeshadow looks messy and backwards..eyebrows are way to thick and dark it looks like you have a black eye..i used to think guys did makeup better than women but you changed my mind today...oh yeah did you get training in makeup cuz i wanna make sure i avoid that school! sorry..just being honest

  • uhm...

  • No offense, but eye shadow by hand looks way better = |

  • ehh...its ok for people that dont like to give an effort to putting on makeup, but i dont think its practical for everyone. freehand looks better

  • is this a joke?

  • sorry karate kid,...it looks silly

  • Im curious if he came up with this idea...because this video is from 2007 and I didnt start to see these applicators marketed until 2009....hmmm

If he did...hes rich now...they even sell them at walmart.

  • they've actually been around for a while. I know avon started selling them a while back

  • whoa this video is old.

  • here they are....and what they are are is they are um press on eyeshadows...

  • I think it shows a high IQ level to try new ways of maiking things, might not look perfect but still it was shown quickly. you could always change it customise it.

  • if you had put that one on the other eye it might look better becouse the color placement looks like its backwords.

  • lol this looks like crap...i've seen these before that are much better..think you stole the idea from other cosmetic companies!

  • This video is made 2 year ago !

So in my opinion, the other cosmetic companies stole the idea from him..

  • @LisaLishh When i was little about 6-7 i 'Invented' these ! I made ones for eyes and lips lol !!

  • @LisaLishh yeah but at least theres is better

  • im pretty sure that the first one you did was suppose to be on the other eye.. cuz there should be more crease shadow than the inner corner.. just sayin

  • wow what a nasty piece of work!

  • Can You do a tutorial on how to make yous eyes look bigger cuz i have small eyes nd i would love if i could make them look bigger

  • omigosh this looks terrible

  • Hey there Koren ILY you have inspired me to become a makeup artist. I live in Australia and so some of your MAC products are not available here. Also we dont have Sephora or Nyx. do you have any other suggestions of good makeup that might be here. I love this and i thank you for making a video on how to make these. For your video i think the press on eyeshadow is a brilliant eyedea (LOL im so corny) but i am not a an of the colours. I think you should try some very bright colours :)

  • That's an awesome Idea, I would try it, just not a fan of the black, try pink, something light!

  • great idea, but i wouldnt buy it, i LOVE doing my makeup, i wouldnt want this thing doing it for me, not a fan of the colours either, but i applaud you for trying

    !! :)

  • doesn't look that bad.

  • im not a fan of the colors you used but its a great idea!

  • i love yur videos but im sorry this just looks awful

  • @LeahKristina well I thought it was awful at first but the finish proudct is so nice

  • it seems to me tht yhuu have aplied it backwards.not a fan of the colors nd if yhu really did apply it the rite way then this is a horrible idea

  • i think it's awesome! love ya, koren.

  • Those are sum nice colors

  • That is so cool!!!!!!!! thank you! Big hugs.

  • i have used these for awhile now.. i love them..i got some from avon and another site...they we're showing it on the tyra banks show and the shopping channel and i think oprah a couple years back..i started buying them for my mom but then i got addicted to them to...really great if ur in a rush

  • They have these pre mae at Avon.

  • good idea but i think u did it backwards too hmm idk im not sold :{}

  • I love the way you say the word "so"!!! =)

  • You're great, Koren! <3

  • I am doing a dance routine with 3 other ladies - none of which wear makeup - this would be a GREAT idea to get make on on the ladies without spending a lot of time. Thanks so much!

  • I think that this is a pretty good idea but there are still a few kinks to work out... Not everyone has the same eye shape or size so that could pose a problem.

  • this is a great idea, im definitelt going to do this. i think it looks backwards when you look at it. i think the higher arch of the teal color is usually on the outer corner of the eye. but thats how i like it. it is pretty though. thanks so much for the tuts.

  • man. you are so clever.

  • wow

  • wow what a stupendous idea! I'm loving it!

  • Love it love it..I have a shakey hand..so i am terrible with application and such, this would make it so easy. I think Avon has something like this..havent bought it yet

  • well....... i think those are cool but in my opinion i dont think you shoudl wear those!!!

  • It is wicked cool but dude you talk a little too much i had to watch 3 freaking videos no offens i am so tottaly gonna do that ^^

  • er.. I just want to ask: how long does the eyeshadow colours stay on the foamy thing you used.. like.. is there like a use by date? before the colours fade away and can't be used?

  • wow tats amazin

  • thanks for this koren!x

  • wow the finished product looks amazing

  • they sell a similar product at sophora

  • U should sell those on Ebay

    Id buy 1

  • i personally think that these are a great idea but it take almost as much time as just applying eyeshadow...if it had the eyeliner part with it then i think it would be realllyyy good.

  • They look really "neat" in concept, but by the time *I* got through blending, I would have done better by just using my minerals and applying them separately and blending the usual way. Also, there are sooooo many differently shaped eyes, and eyes that are bigger, smaller, etc. I just don't see this as a practical "application", pardon the pun. However, you did a knockout job and you look fantastic!! I love you and all of you vids!!!! :D

  • Hi Koren

The idea for these press on is really neat but i have to honestly say that the application method is really messy and risky. The surface that you have to press on your eye is a very odd shape and it seems too hard and difficult to control. Most people who would probably use this product will probably not know how to blend like you did too so the harsh lines and initial intense color might be too hard to work with. However you did achieve a beautiful look with it so good luck with it!

  • Very interesting idea!

  • You are impressive! :) can we make these on our own? At coloron they are 35 bucks, plus 45 bucks shipping to canada! Little too much for my little pocket, but great vid

  • this is so cool, but im not sure all these products are available in the uk

  • wow that was cool! in the begining i kinda freaked out but looked really good in the end.a little too complicated for me though, i think i'll go with regular eye shadow :)

  • i've tried the ones from sephora...but they tend to be too big for my eyes

  • I like the finished look and the colours your paired up (I am addicted to melon pigment!) I would rate it medium difficulty level for beginners because you have to place it well and do a lot of blending but kudos to you Koren. Its a cool twist on the brands I have seen at Sephora and way cheaper to make your own!

  • looks effortless! Great idea and video.

  • don't really like it.idk it just does not give the same look as if someone was to do it the regular way.

  • saw those on tyra ... don't like them but hope someone else does :)

  • That was hot! And you look so good too. umm pretty. lol

  • you are AMAZING

  • Really cool!

  • Makes it sooo easy!

    TY

    :D

    Helives!

  • This will save money the press on shadows are about 28 bucks at Sephora.

  • this is awesome

Is this available in the USA yet ?

  • a company called ColorOnPro sells these kinds of press ons... check them out

  • I love it

  • WOW it's very good to know that we can make it ourselves! I think you did a wonderful job! I have a cousin that doesn't know hot to do her makeup and this would be very good for her!! Gracias Koren for you makeup teachings!!

  • WOW it's very good to know that we can make it ourselves! I think you did a wonderful job! I have a cousin that doesn't know hot to do her makeup and this would be very good for her!! Gracias Koren for you makeup teachings!!

  • love it..but only after a lot of blending!!

  • i think that if i were to try that it would not come out as good as yours!!!

  • wow ur good if u dont already have ur own makeup show u should have one i love ur videos

  • creative and great if ur in a hurry.. but i love the whole doing my make up thing and for me havin it premade takes all the fun out of it. but if i was in a rush i would love one of these.

  • koren, not sure if you know but avon has recently retailed a similar product.... =(

i thought that maybe you would bring it out on to the market...

  • yeah its definitely booming, but its all good, I waas involved with the Australian company that originated this years back, so Im happy its making a splash now.

  • this will be THE thing after 5 years for those lazty once ;)

  • you can either just design the base shadow, then just hand paint the cat-eye liner using cream or pencil liner. If you want to design and incorporate it onto the press-on, use pigments.

  • i really recommend getting the ones they have in sephora, they have like zebra, couger and all these designs you could just press on - its amazing! :)

  • it's a good idea, but it looks bit mess on the eyes.

  • it looked questionable at first, but it turned out great, as always...

    much love!

  • WOW! That was awsome!! demo!! like it alot! lol XD

  • it says Added: September 02, 2007...

    on the right--above the description.

  • wow! that's incredible! i love it! i want some myself!

  • VERY CREATIVE. LOVE IT.

  • at first, i thought it was going to be really messy based on how it came out, but the final look was really cool and cute. i think colors that are similar to each other would be somewhat better. i love it, and you're amazing!

  • I like it....at first it looks messy, but once u blend it in it looks gorgeous!!! Really nice, where can I get some!?!

  • I think it is a little messy. I would try to stick to more similar colours instead of contrasting ones like this looks because then they would look better a bit smudgy. It is a really novel idea, though. so cool.

  • I love it!!!! you are so creative

  • very creative! :] awesomee ^.^

  • Cool idea

  • I really like the idea I think its a good idea for when your ina hurry or traveling and dont have the time or space to pack around all your colours. But Im not a big fan of design, colour wise, they look a little messy.

  • i dnt lyk it either

  • that's really neat!!!

  • I think its a neat concept, the colors in the vid im not too fond of. I've seen something like this on HSN, but i didn't realize you can make it yourself. I think you are so adorable by the way!

  • i've seen those before, they look pretty kool

  • u r the talent! very creative! U rocks!!

  • That has to be the most creative idea I have seen

    its so quick

  • I Love this idea Koren! Has it already been patented?? If not you need to get on it because its gonna make you rich!! lol Seriously , i think its great and i think alot off ppl would buy this. Its a quick fix for those ppl in a rush in the morning. LOVE IT!

  • thanks raven - there's loads out in the market with the same concept, specially in Asia and Audtralia. Slowly but surely its making it to the US.

  • They are beautiful! How do I get my own?

  • he has a tutorial on how to make them

  • i like it it looks cute, i think in order to use it a lot of skill is required becauseof allthe blending but it looks amaazing

  • It looks cool after you've done all the blending but it looks like it'll take just as long as applying it seperately...

  • You did a great job teaching us to do these. A company now sells them on I believe HSN or

QVC, lol, so why buy those when I can make my own! Your awesome! Thanks for posting this and the tutorials!

  • it's a cool idea in theory but it requires a lot of fixing up which i think just takes longer to do than if you were to apply it straight to the lids. however, your blending skills are effin amazing cause when you first transfered it it just looked like a hot mess hehe. no offence :D

  • haha none taken - yeah its still needs a little polishing, but agreat fun thing to make and give to friends.

  • Looked amazing after the blending! Love it.

  • That's very clever! I can't wait to watch the rest of your videos

  • awesome idea!

it should be sold in stores.. but i was thinking if it does make it to the store racks it'd be hard to sell because some people have different eyelid sizes? (lol that sounds weird) and what-not.. you'd probably have to make a ton of different sized ones.

  • it's a cool concept, but it doesn't look that good....well, i'll watch the rest and see

  • yeah most press-ons still require a bit of blending.

  • looks great at the end

  • wow that was a really cool idea i like the colors it would really save me some time when i apply eyeshow awesome idea love

  • How are them press on things made? Andd, what material is they made out of?

  • I made a video on how to make homemade press-ons. Ya gatsta watch that. Its hecka fun to make.

  • whaaa that's pretty.

  • wow smart.

    lol.

  • Wow thats amazing. I

  • i dont like the colors. but thats beside the point. I LOVEEEE THE IDEA tho.

    and it worked lol

amazing. i know how to do eyeshadow well but for those that dont wow this is awesome.

  • This is amazing! I had never even thought about this concept. This is going to save me tons of time getting ready for shows while on tour. Thanks a gazillion for all of your tips, advice, and kindness! :) I am now a loyal subscriber after watching about 10 (so far) of your videos.

  • I never knew press-on eyeshadow existed! (o_o)

  • I've seen some press on's that look downright grody and shoddy - they market them as if you don't have to blend them after they're pressed on - bad idea. So I appreciate that you've told your viewers to BLEND like the dickens. The end result was nice.

  • I can't believe that nobody is compelled to be honest with you about this product. You seem like a nice enough dude, but putting on eye shadow isn't that difficult that there is a lucrative market for this. I wouldn't buy it.

  • for Joedell71: there actually is a large market for this - generally for the women that don't really have the TIME for makeup application, like band moms on the go; and also for women that just don't know how to apply "fancy" eye makeup. Trust me, people buying, and they're buying hardcore.

  • You are on to something, my only concern would be the many different color combination needed, for different skin tone etc., but this is a really cool idea.

  • you should patent this!

  • ur amazing

  • omg thats sooo kool my mother really needs that!

  • I saw these another brand of press-ons the other night and wondered how they worked. I'm convinced that you can make them look good now. I was skeptical at first. Thanks! :-)

  • That is such a cool idea. I would definitely buy those.

  • fab so fab

  • that look really good !

  • Oh my gosh!!! That is so cool! I would totally use them. It takes all the guessing out of what colors and how to apply not to mention time! The only problem I would see is different eye shapes but you could also make some for different eyes but the same colors (would make people feel that they're getting something made just for them!)

  • You should have had these for La Cage, they would have been life savers for the second act...oh wait, I was already beautiful for the finale....but you know what I am talking about!

  • If I had all my equipment I would have! How are ya?

  • Waiting to here from Stephen re: Full Monty....anxious....

  • I LOVE IT! Just loves it! Everything is great! You are the best (y)

  • omg! this is SUCH a great idea! is one of the little pads enough shadow for both eyes? or would you use 2?

  • I am definitely going to make some of these. I have a habit of hitting the snooze button a few times too many and having to just blend and put on liner, mascara and go will be great!

  • u should sell them!

  • watch?v=ET4Pmz9rfDA

    it's already been made.

    theirs looks better/easier

  • I think this is a great idea.

  • Hi Koren!

I just recently discovered your videos, and I just had to leave a comment- this is amazing! I can't get eyeshadow application down mostly because I don't have much time to sit in front of my mirror and practice- so I was really intrigued when I saw this. I completely love the idea! Quick question: are you going to customize them by eye shape (deep set eyes, creaseless eyes, etc.) and eye size? I wish you all the luck in this :)

  • yeah thats definitely a goal, different eyes, shapes, and of course, designs.

  • This is seriously unbelievable...I love it! I would use a product like this for sure and I love the tutorials on how to make these. I'm going to try it out this weekend. Thanks Koren!

  • OMGGGG....I LOVE IT.

    That is GORGEOUS.

You are sooooo good at doing makeup.

  • Gorgeous! I love it! :)

  • I would use it when pressed for time. I'm sure my friends would use them to accomplish more dramatic looks that they otherwise would not know how to do. My neighbor had told me about this, I'm glad I found ur vid. Keep us posted as to where we can get them in the future!! much success!!

  • Thanks! will do!

  • You are a freakin genius! I think we need to work together!

I definitely think there's a market out there. Especially for those who find eyeshadow application daunting! I've seen something similar by a brand here in Australia... Chi Chi. If I see them round, do you want me to grab them for you?

  • YEAH!!!! Its not avail here in the US. I think just AUS and Asia. Love to see one up close.
