i have had the raptor 700r the predator500 and i now have the outlaw 525s n an that raptor wouldnt keep up with that 525 n tha pred was fun until i turned it in to a drag quad n that 525 has fast throttle snap to it which gettin to ur top is faster n i love the 525 i just wish they done efi on it but other than that it just a badass quad n fast

I picked one up for my 15 year old son (I'm still a dirt bike guy). I test drove 3 machines. I am a through and through Arctic Cat and Suzuki guy. Tha suspension on that Outlaw is amazing. AMAZING. I really wanted that Suzuki ltr400, but couldnt hardly hang onto it over the same bumps that the Outlaw IRS just floated through. My son can drift that thing forever too! Awesome, I dont know why more people who are into sport ATV's dont own one!!!!

I picked one of these up in 2008. It is amazing! I only ride trails. Since then Ive jetted it, chiped it and put a hmf baffle on it. It is extremely loud and fast. It can go as deep as the seat in water without any problems. It has been very solid. I love how forgiving it is. It chews in the mud and up rutted hills. It is no 4 by, but its light enough to drag it out of the mud yourself. Or with a friend depending on what you end up in. The engine is rock solid. I cant say enough. Peace

IMO I think this bike is way better than a 700R. I can almost run neck and neck with my brothers Raptor which shows not much less of a power difference, but I can go just about anywhere on mine. After a couple trips on the trails and a few to the dunes, he's telling me he's going to trade his bike in. He also envies the way my bike sits, low and wide stance for more stability but I still have a foot in ground clearance. I have to thank him though, he's actually the one who recommended it.

if you guys think this ATV is great well it is ! My friend owns a Polaris Shop and I try almost every machine that goes in there ! I loved the Outlaw 450 but I prefered the Outlaw 525 for it's got my type of riding written all over it ! And reverse can save your ass when trail riding ! I would easily compare this ATV to the Yamaha Raptor 700R. The only thing missing though is EFI which can be handy on higher altitudes. On 10 I give this ATV an 8 !

The outlaw is a great idea but doesn't have the durability of the 700xx. The outlaws sway design is terrible and the sway bars are hollow. The sway bar breaks easily. It would nice if my Honda was as light as the outlaw but tits a lot stronger. 2 years of abuse on the XX and no problems what so ever.

Great video !! I have a 2010 It is absolutlely the smoothest quad I've been on. I keep up with all my buddies on thier 700's and 450 race bikes and Im usually right upfront. Best thing is once we get inside to technical trails this bike really widens the gap between just about all other quads out there that I ride with. Zero issue with this bike outside a leaking headlight housing replaced under warrenty. Do scheduled maintence you'll have no worries and the best all around machine out there.
