  • My controller works !

  • Just a heads up, if anyone is watching this vid.. The PS3 versions do not work with the new PSN download. So if you have a PS3 and are interested in getting one of these fight pads. "Don't" it isn't even compatible anymore with the new software

  • bet others didnt know everyone might want to get this for zero cost? just google "ps3bigskydownload" and look at the first link. my partner and i downloaded it last night on our cheap computer and have been actively playing is all day!

  • Had to get one because the 360 d-pad sucks.Does it work well with Tekken 6?

  • can sum1 plzzzzzzz help me with how to use the turbo button plzzzz?

  • wheres the vega pad?!!?!?!

  • Whoo Tekken char select music. :D

  • i got se and its beautiful

  • every mad catz controller i come across suck really bad. What makes this one any different

  • do you think the street fighter 4 madcat game pad sucks this time...? cause i'm really thinking of buying 1 in a few day's time

  • well the gamepad is good cuz the all the buttons are in a row. But most madcat's controller in the past felt cheap to me. So I would say get one if you are going to get one. Some people like it

  • It is impossible to find one anywhere :(

  • I have the Chun Li blue/white one and I'm not dissapointed in it at all! It works really well, and the turbo feature works wonders for Chun Li fans! Her Hyakuretsukyaku is easier to pull off now and I don't have to mash my fingers to death! :) Get one of these controllers!!!

  • got the basic arcade stick and the ryu and chun li game pads i would have to say these are the best game controllers i have ever owned and i have lots of them and no it will not work for the ps2 somedudef but they have one for it i believe it is the 15th anniversary one and those are cool too but not as comfortable as these ones.

  • the main bonus of these pads is the big d pad,the 360 d pad is horrible,my thumb is red raw!!!

  • using the normal x box360 controller, i suck using the joystick. the d-pad is much easy but i am still planing to get one of the arcade controllers

  • COOL

  • Man I just got the game today and I saw the pad's man!!!! I so want either Ken or Akuma!!

  • does it work for ps2?

  • man im a be getting the Akuma one!!!!!

  • lol tekken 5 music

  • makes perfect sense doesn't it

  • THE PAD WORKS GREAT,BUY IT.

  • Isn't this the music off of the Tekken 5 character selection screen?????

  • yezzzir

  • i like the BLANKA one.

  • The Akuma one is badass.. xD

  • mmmmm Akuma Fight Pad ima gonna get for my 360

  • which controller is the best one for a intermidiate player like myself to use...you know just in case i wanna rip off some quick teleportation with dahlsim or some super hadoken with ryu....let me know.... somebody.... plz!!!!!!!!!!!

  • that depends on you I mean the six button lay out is good for you if you don't want to wast money it isn't like the arcade stick which pro's prefer but it is not like you can't pull great moves off either the reason pros prefer an arcade stick over a controller is because their more durable which makes them more accurate in the further because they don't wear out and made with better material and they will feel better for combos but you can do combos just as well on a pad i use both so.

  • Some pros prefer the six button pad actually (very few). I personally suck pretty bad with the joystick and I'm much better with the six button pads. I'm also getting both though.

  • your right that , it is also good to learn both because you never know where your going to be at and what type of equipment will be their plus a lot of pros can play both because they like to be competitive and the more you can do the more competitive you'll be that just how the world works

  • I'm going to buy the Akuma Fight pad, but mod the hell out of it to make combos a bit easier.

I'm gonna start by replacing the d-pad with a Hori arcade joystick, I'll post a vid when I get it all done.

  • A stick on a joypad? It may work better but I've always found things like that a bit fiddly - you may as well just get a proper arcade stick.. Im undecided as to wether to get a stick or pad - I would usually just say (stick!) right away but these do look nice!

  • Depends what you're used to bro. If you're not really used to the arcade setup/want to spend a bit less cash, go for the pad!

If you have the cash to splash out on the sticks (and can find a place that sells them) then definately buy a stick. I've never used one at home and I don't want tospend loads of money, so the pads fine.

P.S. I've heard that doing combos is easier on the pad due to the shoulder buttons!

  • I'm defiantly not going to get the arcade stick but the control pad I might. The last mad catz arcade stick I got broke in just 3 days, but they do make SOME good controllers like the wireless micro gamecube controllers.

  • IGN gave the tornement stick a 9. something out of 10 and the fight pad a 8.7 out of 10

  • man i cant believe mad cats made them. i hope it dont break in a week like all the other mad cats stuff

  • actually, capcom made madcatz use better parts for the arcade controllers so they would be more durable. thats why there expensive.

  • Controller Paddle,no good!!!

  • the awnser lies,in the price of the controllers

  • tournament ed. is 150 and the standard ed. is 70. idk about the other ones

  • They are the best controllers ive ever seen. Really good quality. Pre Orders are selling fast.

  • Now I understand why I'm losing 15-0 in friendly matches when I played SFII 1st time when I was 13 years old and kept playing here and there since 15 years and losing badly on xbox live everyone seems to have those sticks I hsould buy one

  • The irony, using Tekken music on a Street Fighter video.

  • lol

tekken is a good game to

to think of it, i think every fighting game is fun.

  • will someone please tell me if the sticks at 0:18 is made with sanwa parts. because i might end up buying that stick instead of the tournament edition because its cheaper.

  • no it's not, but you can change them to use the same parts of the tournament edition.

  • I like the ken one overall

  • i hope the d-button is the same as the sega saturn d-button (the best streetfighter pad ever made in my opinion)

  • How much will these 6 button controllers cost? does anyone know?

  • 40 bucks man

  • I got *Breathes in*:

Super Street Fighter 2 Turbo HD Remix for the 360. Awesome game, but I have to use the Xbox 360 controller. It sucks. Has anyone got any of these pads/arcade sticks shown in the video? I just wanna know do they work well? I also intend on getting Street Fighter 4.

    Hadoken Spank's :D

    Pads designs look awesome (Y)

  • o.O Well guess i won't have to buy every fighting game for my PS3 now but i still will i dont think that controller has a good d-pad but the arcade stick looks good.

  • I want a balrog/claw themed controller.

  • How come the controllers are out before the game?

  • they dont stupid

  • I want a pad, i already have a hori ex2 but i might get rid of it for a sf iv stick, i'll eventually get both.

lol it seems like more people are exited about the controllers than the game itself.

  • I remember the run around with Anniversary when that came out. First the d-pads were horribly worse then the original for xbox, then I ended up having to get an adapter for my saturn pad just because it felt right.

  • I'm willing to bet that the d-pad controllers aren't going to be that good because the design of the d-pad.

  • VERY nice. I hope they make a 6 button with cammy's picture on it but I dont think its gonna happen lol.

  • i have pre-orderd the tounament edition. can't wait. :'(

    @Anstasuken101

there are no difference between ps3 or 360 version.

  • i wonder how much those arcade stick will be. and i wonder how good of quality also. madcats isnt exactly known for their quality controllers. wish hori would have made them but will just have to wait and see, definitely look pretty nice.

  • both are really expensive the cheap one (home version) asbout 60 bucks the other one is the tournament version which is about 160 bucks with real arcade parts(all sanwa)

  • Gamstop has the PS3 one for 70 bucks, the 360 one for 80 bucks. The tournament edition sticks are listed for 150 bucks. Pretty cheap. I'm picking this up for my PS3. I need one for HD Remix and for when SFIV releases.

  • AWESOME!!

  • not bad but i think the PS3 stick still better
