No doubt he has improved since college. But to increase 10.5 inches in you standing vertical is basically impossible for an athlete of his caliber. And I doubt that he would have been taking it easy at the predraft camp workouts, seeing as how that determined, in part, where he would be placed in the draft.
@destine4hope I never said his standing verticle was 46'' they just said his vertical leap is 46'' so im assuming thats a running verticle. obviously it would be impossible to increase your vertical by 10''
Normally when I hear the term "vertical" used in a general sense it is referring to the ability to leap from a stand still. According to wikipedia it is defined as, "a measure of how high an individual or athlete can elevate off the ground from a standstill."
Search on wikipedia for the term "vertical leap" it should come up.
This definition is what I assumed you meant when you said "vertical..."

Ok. I know that I saw a documented 35.5 in standing vert and 43.5 running vert on the Draftexpress website.
