Hmm. Let's see. It depends on what frame rate your camera is capturing.

If your camera is 30 fps, and a picture is 1000 words, then if you capture 9 minutes and 21 seconds of video, like your video=>9 m, 21 seconds=561 seconds

561x30=16830 words.

I guess your video is not billions of words!
