Just listened to it, by several guitarists. Yeah, it's nice. I like them both. They are very different from each other, though, don't you think?
ya definetely, takemitsu's arrangement's got more jazz influenced harmony with a lot of extension chords, while this one is more straightforward. either way, they did not butcher this great song like many others do
