this is inside the mind of the undead prisoner during an interrogation by Scarlet interrogators. A lot of the phrases seen are phrases used by interrogator Vishas. So, basically, during the interrogation, the undead retreated back into his mind and was experiencing old memories... but theyd get interrupted by real time stuff that the interrogators were saying and doing. In the end, his human side came back through and he returned to the Light.

Did you ever read the Games Workshop graphic novel "The Redeemer"? One of the many inspirations for the Scarlet Crusade, of course. But this video reminds me of the scene where an undead commander is captured by the insane Redemptor Priest and is mocking him throughout his extensive attempts to torture him. His final solution, of course, is to bring him back to life-- AND THEN torture him.
