CAN YOU TELL ME WHAT MICS YOU ARE USING? I have been looking for a good tone and I like the presence and warmth! I have decided on using the Heil PR48 for the kick tho. I like the low end and attack on my kick drum.

on the kick drum i am using a JTS TX2 (a taiwanese mic costs around 40 USD), on the snare i am using senheiser e604, and on the overheads i am using samson CO2.

i just want a good live setup. might use shure's clip-ons (if you ever have played live at a venue you probably have come across them on almost every kit.

right now i am not using any tom mics but i am planning to buy a pair of sm57 for my rack and floor toms. are you aking for an advice on setting up a live venue? i am not a sound engineer but i would suggest shure pgdmk6 if you want to mic everything or an audix fusion6.
