my wife's Cleo constantly reboots till I pull the battery. Once I re-insert the battery and turn on the phone, it reboots all over again and again..

mine had that too, it's because of a voice message... you can make that go away by going to messaging, then Voice mail(8), then to clear envelope(2)

i have a problem with the cleo , i resently bought a 4GB micro SD card and i put some music on it from my computer but when i put it in my phone it will say " SD card inserted" so i got to "music player" and then it says "file does not exist" WHAT DO I DO !?

..(continued from last post) This issue is that the phone keeps randomly restarting! I noticed this when I was looking through the backgrounds that the phone had already came with. I looked through about 2 or 3 and then the phone restarted itself. It also does this when I want to send a text to multiple people. I can pick the people to send it to and i can write the message but then when I press send, it restarts. Also, sometimes when i'm having internet trouble, it restarts on its own......

There is also an issue with the texting on my phone sometimes. If somebody texts me while there is a lot of messages in my inbox, the last message that I recieved pops up and then I have to go through all the mesages from the person that sent me the original message to get it. Recently, I have been noticing another issue.....

I got the samsung cleo for Christmas and it worked fine for the the first little while. I have a texting and internet package which I used these features very much in the first month that I had it. Then I started noticing that if I was on the internet on it for too long, it would freeze or have the message "Insufficient Memory!! Cannot show this page completly. Go to Home" would pop up. Then if I tried to disconnect from the internet it would freeze and not let me. Now, six months...

That's a common problem with the Cleo's... that drove my friend insane... she's currently arguing with bell for another phone since she payed the full 300+ for it when it first came out... and not the 99 prepaid price.
