There is one sad thing... There is no movie about Silmarillion stories. This beatiful ballad has video from Lord of The Rings :(

Someone should do a movie about the war with Morgoth, about elven kings Feanor, Finrod, Fingolfin, Thingol. Knight Turin and of course the story of Beren and Luthien.

Jackson can even somehow combine the action of Lord of The rings and Silmarillion. For example Galadriela as narrator tells Frodo story of Elves in Beleriand during they trip to the western lands ;-)

This song is about Turin Turambar, the protagonist of the 'Children of Hurin', and also a major character in 'The Silmarillion'. He's a tragic hero, who has a very sorrowful life because he and his father are cursed by Morgoth... long story, but a great one. The song also refers to Nienor Niniel, Turambar's wife and also his sister (!)...another long story. But trust me, it's an awesome tale!

Why not? This song is based on Tolkien's book The Silmarillion, which was pretty much the whole lore and such from which LotR revolves around. And its like 10x better than LOTR IMO. Such a beautiful book.
