I have known my sailor since we were kids in the 7th grade, graduated from high school went our seperate ways, 8 years later found me and now we are so happy and in love now we are planning the rest of our lives together. He's my HERO!! I love him with all my heart.

My husband has been in Army Basic training for 5 weeks now. I miss him every day, and I know that it's going to be hard. Our two year anniversary is in two days. Miss him every day, but could not be more proud of my soon to be soldier.
my husband was in nam 2 times he has passed from pancreatic cancer 10 years ago I wanted to blame agent orange blame any thing for a reason ,I do know he was so proud to fight for his country to give us our freedom he said freedom the unprotected would never know

This vid made me tear up a bit. I'm a Marine girlfriend and I miss him dearly. He will be missing our 5 year anniversary together, my prom and maybe my graduation. I miss him dearly and he has been gone for 2 weeks. Some people don't know how hard it is to be us and it annoys the crap out of me. my boyfriend is in the Army National Guard. He left monday june 13th for basic training at fort benning. i miss him so much. i love him. he has basic till mid august then starts AIT right after it. so instead of waiting 9 weeks i have to wait 14 weeks to see him. i am counting down the days to see him. we are high school sweethearts. we graduated this year and now he is in georgia and i am here working so i can get ready for him to come home. i love my soldier
I've been with my soldier for going on 5 years. He is in the Army and is at Basic Training he left April 24th (Easter.) He graduates July 7th 2011. I miss him and I'm sooo proud of him! He played this song for me the day he left and it means so much to me. He is my other half. We have been together all through high school now college. I told him I'd give up my life here in my home town to move to wherever he gets stationed. We are getting married after he graduates AIT in about 7 more months!
I love this video cause Im always gonna be waiting for my fiance to come back safe and sound. He is my worry and I cant wait untill I have him back in my arms. Being in love with a soldier is the hardest thing to do cause you never know when or if you will get to see him again but we keep faith and hope that God brings them back to us.

He is a private military contractor over in Afghanistan. We met through some website and were only looking for friendship. I just spent two months worrying that he was ok, since I had not heard anything from him. He called me on Skype tonight! OORAH!
@63militaryman , OMG! me too, but he and i are 5 years apart. we love each other though, and i miss him so much. nobody believes me when i say i met him online and that he's a soldier. but his word and his photos are good enough proof for me! i love him dearly with all my heart and he feels the same about me, he's depressed that he is deployed again.... may god watch over our boyfriends and husbands and bring them home safely!

@1990maymay im a soldier in the U.S. army and my advice to you is too keep him in your heart and prayers. and remember what he is doing is for his country. thats what i told my girlfriend before i shipped out. it helped her alot.

My husband is a Marine and I dont think us military spouses are any better than other civilian wives-its just different. we spend day/week/months/sometimes years apart from our husband's... but with distance-love grows. only problem is ---with every hello theres another goodbye... <3

This video hits me pretty hard, I know I'm not deployed or in the line of fire. But a 10 hour drive still separates me from my girl, it's hard knowing that she's so close yet I can't see her as often as I'd like. The only thing that keeps me going is knowing that the next time I'm able to make it home she'll be right there waiting for me to take her in my arms. It's been a week since I saw her last and it's already starting to break me down.
Im 17, and my boyfriend turns 17 in a couple months, and then he is signing up.... I cant stop crying or stop thinking about it... im so scared... i dnt wanna lose him.. i love him so much and im so proud of him... ive been an Army sister since i was 9, so i kno the life, but a girlfriend is a different spectrum than a sister... but still same life style... i am so scared.. :(. im so proud of all the soldiers out there....

I'll be an Army wife soon....we're getting married May 28th. He's coming home for leave before being deployed for the first time, and he's being deployed to Afghanistan. I've gotten a little lucky...he'll be here for my senior prom, but he'll miss my graduation. I'm so Proud of him...and I'll be even prouder to be able to be his wife. We've been together for 16 months, and we've beaten the odds from his father. 16 Months and looking forward to many more years.

its really hard to be a milltary girl friend or wife people think were stupid for doing what we do. but they dont understand how much it means to us to see our soldier fighting for our freedom. i hear people put down the miltary down all the time and its wrong but yet they still fight for EVERYONES freedom, i dont think people will ever understand how much they really put on the line. they leave their familys to fight and knowing they my never come back!!! @Harlansangel I am in the same situation...We have been separated for three months now. All my friends who are military spouses say that is doesn't get easier, but we get used to it! It takes a special woman to love a military man. Stay strong for your hero!
@Harlansangel No it does not get any easier. We just have to learn to 'soldier on' and be strong for them. The only thing harder then being a soldier is loving one... But with that love comes great pride and respect. Msg me if you ever need someone to chat with ....

seeing that iam not alone is alwsome when i meet me fiance he was in Germany we meet on cam frog i was stuck in ohio believe it or not we fall in loved over the internet he is in afghanistan now and comes home in 5 1/2 m for 2 weeks of RR and i cant wait we try to cam as much as posable iam so... sacred to get THAT call saying something went wrong but these kind of videos make you feel proud about who your with and the long wait for them to come back home safe and sound!

I hate & love watching these videos, they make me miss my sailor even more. It's been 3 months since he's been gone & I still have 5 more to go. He's in the middle of the ocean somewhere, it's hard not knowing where he is or not hearing from him. I worry everyday and I miss him everyday. But these videos and these songs make me think of him and make me feel closer to everyone else who is waiting for their loved one to come home. God Bless Our Troops, please come home safe.

My Marine just went back about a month ago..thankfully he is working as a civilian at this moment, but times are hard in Baghdad right now. I miss him SOOO much. I just gotta remember, he didn't 'leave me', he just went to work. He Will be back!

Im glad to see all these military wives standing up proud for their husbands/boyfriends as they march into these hell wakened areas around the world. I'm in ROTC right now and hope to become a Ranger in a couple years and serve my time over-seas. I wish I would have someone to miss me while I am gone, but it's amazing to see all these women support their husbands/boyfriends through Hell, then back home to a great wife or girlfriend

my boifried/fiance is thinking about going into the special-forces. and im terrified. yes i will stand by his side as he has wanted this his whole life, but im terrified for his life, i dont know what would happen if i lost him. or anything close to it. i dont want him gone for long times or anything like it. idk what to do.

Having a relationship such as the one's that were in sets us apart from anyone else it makes us a better and stronger person everyday and we not only have to be strong for ourselves but for our guys too It's going to be hard but we can do it.

thank you for this video. i got married recently and my husband had to leave 6 days later. i promised him that i would be strong for him but the hardest thing i have EVER done was walk away from the gate as he was boarding. we have been together almost 7 years. Half of my heart is missing because it is with him. my advice is to pick a time and no matter what you are doing take a minute or two to think about eachother... it does you good to know that the other is thinking about you too. thanks

aww i know how you feel, im in the same predicament as you. it sucks but i have only seen my fiancee for 1 week outta the 8 months we have been together. the last time i saw him was decemeber 08 and the next time i will see him is october. these things are not meant for all people. thats why god created military wives, cuz he knows we are the strongest women in the world

This vid made me tear up a bit. I'm a Marine girlfriend and I miss him dearly. He will be missing our 5 year anniversary together, my prom and maybe my graduation. I miss him dearly and he has been gone for 2 weeks. Some people don't know how hard it is to be us and it annoys the crap out of me. I wish that they could be in our shoes and see what its like to feel the way we do.

my boyfriend is in the Army National Guard. He left monday june 13th for basic training at fort benning. i miss him so much. i love him. he has basic till mid august then starts AIT right after it. so instead of waiting 9 weeks i have to wait 14 weeks to see him. i am counting down the days to see him. we are high school sweethearts. we graduated this year and now he is in georgia and i am here working so i can get ready for him to come home. i love my soldier

I've been with my soldier for going on 5 years. He is in the Army and is at Basic Training he left April 24th (Easter.) He graduates July 7th 2011. I miss him and I'm sooo proud of him! He played this song for me the day he left and it means so much to me. He is my other half. We have been together all through high school now college. I told him I'd give up my life here in my home town to move to wherever he gets stationed. We are getting married after he graduates AIT in about 7 more months!

He is a private military contractor over in Afghanistan. We met through some website and were only looking for friendship. This video hits me pretty hard, I know I'm not deployed or in the line of fire. But a 10 hour drive still separates me from my girl, it's hard knowing that she's so close yet I can't see her as often as I'd like. The only thing that keeps me going is knowing that the next time I'm able to make it home she'll be right there waiting for me to take her in my arms. It's been a week since I saw her last and it's already starting to break me down.

I'll be an Army wife soon....we're getting married May 28th. He's coming home for leave before being deployed for the first time, and he's being deployed to Afghanistan. I've gotten a little lucky...he'll be here for my senior prom, but he'll miss my graduation. I'm so Proud of him...and I'll be even prouder to be able to be his wife. We've been together for 16 months, and we've beaten the odds from his father. 16 Months and looking forward to many more years.

seeing that iam not alone is alwsome when i meet me fiance he was in Germany we meet on cam frog i was stuck in ohio believe it or not we fall in loved over the internet he is in afghanistan now and comes home in 5 1/2 m for 2 weeks of RR and i cant wait we try to cam as much as posable iam so... sacred to get THAT call saying something went wrong but these kind of videos make you feel proud about who your with and the long wait for them to come back home safe and sound!

I hate & love watching these videos, they make me miss my sailor even more. It's been 3 months since he's been gone & I still have 5 more to go. He's in the middle of the ocean somewhere, it's hard not knowing where he is or not hearing from him. I worry everyday and I miss him everyday. Every time I watch this video it makes me start to tear up. My boyfriend is going into the air force so this will be my life soon. I love him and I am so proud of him. I am still in high school... my boyfriend will probably have his first deployment half way through my senior year meaning just like godslovelygirl he will miss my graduation and prom. I hope to find help here when I need it most! God bless the troops!!

Im glad to see all these military wives standing up proud for their husbands/boyfriends as they march into these hell wakened areas around the world. I'm in ROTC right now and hope to become a Ranger in a couple years and serve my time over-seas. I wish I would have someone to miss me while I am gone, but it's amazing to see all these women support their husbands/boyfriends through Hell, then back home to a great wife or girlfriend

my boifried/fiance is thinking about going into the special-forces. and im terrified. yes i will stand by his side as he has wanted this his whole life, but im terrified for his life, i dont know what would happen if i lost him. or anything close to it. i dont want him gone for long times or anything like it. idk what to do.

Knowing that my husband deploys in only a few months kills me! Im joining the army as well, buts its still so very hard. I sit here at home and watch our 2 amazing kids grow to be so much like him. I miss him so much! i hate waking up alone, but knowing how much i love him, ill do anything for him!

my bf is bein deployed to iraq hes currently at predeployment training and will be home for 4 days in march then off to iraq for a year. Im a junior in high school there is so much that he wont be here for and it hurts i miss him so much ad love him any advise?

Hey sweetheart I am in the same situation as you. I'm a junior in highschool as well. Having a relationship such as the one's that were in sets us apart from anyone else it makes us a better and stronger person everyday and we not only have to be strong for ourselves but for our guys too It's going to be hard but we can do it.

he just left on a plane this morning to go back to his base..it's potentially the last time i will see him before his deployment to afghanistan in april..i already miss him like crazy and am counting the days until i will be with him again

thank you for this video. i got married recently and my husband had to leave 6 days later. i promised him that i would be strong for him but the hardest thing i have EVER done was walk away from the gate as he was boarding. we have been together almost 7 years. Half of my heart is missing because it is with him. my advice is to pick a time and no matter what you are doing take a minute or two to think about eachother... it does you good to know that the other is thinking about you too. thanks

My boyfriend is in the army he is not yet deployed but will be one day. I rarely see him because he works for the army in a different state. I love and support him. this is a wonderful video and I thank you. and god bless all the soldiers and military wives and girlfriends. we try our best to be strong for them but its not always easy. thank you and my heart goes out to you all.

I absolutly adore this! My boyfriend is in Iraq right now...and since I'm still in highschool, it's kind of tough. He won't be home for my graduation or prom...just those little things everyone else seems to take for granted. I miss him like crazy, so seeing that I'm not alone really helps. Awesome job!

i know how you feel, my boyfriend wasnt here for my graduation either and now im doing my first year of college with out him.. just keep you head up and stay strong i remember being exactly where you are what helped me at graduation was thinking if i looked at the sky maybe he is looking to and then for a moment we will be looking at eachother and it made that much easier..Stay Strong thats what he would want thats what they all want

aww i know how you feel, im in the same predicament as you. it sucks but i have only seen my fiancee for 1 week outta the 8 months we have been together. the last time i saw him was decemeber 08 and the next time i will see him is october. these things are not meant for all people. thats why god created military wives, cuz he knows we are the strongest women in the world

@chrissybabi2108 yeah,im going through it too.i have 4 kids though.and it kills me to see my 2 year old baby boi cry for daddy at bedtime.daddy use to tuck him in.he still wakes up crying for daddy.but i tell him that daddy will be back soon .just remember that army girls are the few and proud.
