@ben u can for ne being windows 7 you find ur wifi in networks and connections the right click and click show propertys there is the password to see it just uncheck the hide characters box

Thanks alot it works now! If your firmware is 3.1.2 you will need to download afc2add in cydia to avoid disk aid from saying: Your ipod touch isn't jailbroken.

Ok I already have Diskaid (trial, doesn't matter, Imma put a crapload of themes and stuff all at once).

I used blackra1n and installed Cydia. I ran diskaid while the iPod was connected, then tried to access the root folder. It then said I need a jailbroken device to access it.

Having cydia means that it's already jailbroken right? Or am I missing something?

Oh yeah, I also installed winterboard.
