It is cool and innovative...makes you think how humankind has greatly improved and how far a great technology such as this has gone...but I also think this pen has a problem? I just got a new one, it's not even a day and after charging it, the screen does not turn on. Anybody encountered this before? Help would be appreciated... Thanks.
@AngelicLove21: Make sure your cradle is plugged directly into your USB port, and not via a hub. Also try all available ports on your computer. If still no difference, it could be a bad cradle, or the OLED on the pen may have died for some reason. Contact Livescribe's Customer Service if so and they'll make sure you get a replacement.
the best part is that the pen lets you slooooooooow down the recording when you play it back and it doesn't sound distorted as you might expect-- you can hear every word clearly as if they were speaking that slowly to begin with! it's totally true-- you never miss a word!
I've had this pen for a while now... works great! It honestly does give you an edge when studying for those midterms or trying to remember what exactly was said in a meeting or something..

The display went dead after charging...it was a gift...but now it's gone back. Hopefully, I'll get a new one!!

That boss is crazy! But actually, Ive had that experience and Pulse got me out of quite a jam! Plus, it is just sooo really pretty:)
