You know, i did get the impression that whoever it was directed the latter films was leaning more towards Harry/Hermione. and about the whole harry/ginny thing, i think it was great in the books, but in half blood prince, while deathly hallows was ok, the movie made it kinda awkward, the scene would of been much better if they saw dean and ginny making out behind the curtains, and the kiss scene was how it was in the book, after the ravenclaw and gryffindor quidditch match that harry couldnt play in.

Ever since I started reading the books I wanted Harry and Hermione together. I was a shipper for the couple before I even knew what shipping was. I was in second grade for crying out loud, and even I saw that there was something there! The HBP came along and I guess AFTER I got over the shock of Harry/Ginny, I was okay with it. Though in the movies I didn't like it, at all.
Im not even sure WHAT is is exactly, but there is no doubt a connection between Harry and Hermione.... and I love it. :o)

Ok I'm in no way a Harmione fan but I will admit Emma and Dan do you cute together, but how can they not? In the books, Harry and Hermione were like siblings. In a movie it doesn't look much like that. And though they're not gonna end up together in the end of the movie, In real life I want this two people (Emma and Dan) end up together.

I personally think ginny and harry were great together. I mean, it's sort of like rowling had the life cycle repeating itself again. With lily having the red hair and james messy, then harry and ginny came together. Plus if you reread the series you can definately see some hints in the early novels that ginny and harry were going to be together.

I agree. There was no development in they way of Harry and Ginny and Ron and Hermione. It was very disappointing to see them get together. Hermione has always been there for Harry and always been loyal to him. Hermione has also been that solid figure for Harry. He needs something stable in his life with all this loss and Hermione has been that person. This will definitely go down as one of the greatest movie and book blunders of all time.

Is it just me or did anyone else see the " See Friends With Benefits" for suggestions? That's beside the point. I always thought that Harry and Hermione should be together then Ron and Hermione. I just don't feel the vibe with him and Ginny.

Ok I'm in no way a Harmione fan but I will admit Emma and Dan do you cute together, but how can they not? They're best friends so obviously as people they have chemistry but I don't think they're characters are good together, just emma and dan. I don't think Ginny is awkward with him, especially the books, the movies just represented their relationship in an odd way, they never show him worrying about her like he did in the books:( I still love Harry and Ginny though!

In the books, Harry and Hermione were like siblings. In a movie it doesn't look much like that. And though they're not gonna end up together in the end of the movie, In real life I want this two people (Emma and Dan) end up together.
I'm a guy who grew up with my group of girl friends and I have this friend who's my relationship were like of sibling and we hate it when people say we could make a great couple. So maybe we could fulfill our desire to put them 2geder by making this kind of video.

I personally think ginny and harry were great together. I mean, it's sort of like rowling had the life cycle repeating itself again. With lily having the red hair and james messy, then harry and ginny came together. Plus if you reread the series you can definately see some hints in the early novels that ginny and harry were going to be together.

I always wanted harry and hermione to end up together. I too am upset that i6t didnt turn out like that but harry did notice ginny earlier on but you guys are right, she didnt become so fascinating and irresistible to him until HBP. Ginny and neville, Harry and hermione and ron with luna (interesting) would be a better scenario. kudos to the thought

1st- We KNOW Ron & Hermione get together in D.H., it's just a fan video (a good one at that :D).
2nd- I think Harry & Ginny are just too awkward together. I mean, what was up with Ginny tying Harry's shoe in HBP? It makes me wonder if she just threw Harry & ginny together at the least minute, because Harry showed no interest in her for 5 books, then suddenly he's crazy about her? Harry & Hermione were waaay better!
3rd- What is the pic from 2:09? I guess it's from GOF, but is it a deleted scene?

The way Ginny and Harry in the movies are weird together...in the books they are awesome. and my bf&me had basically the same story (ish) We were bff for 3 years, and i slowly started to like him for about a yr and then 1 day i saw him flirt with my friend and i snapped and realized i liked him. and soon after we kissed. and he told me he'd liked me the whole time...so it isnt weird. there were indications thru all of DH that he liked her

@live2dance4ever18 I think it's kinda "weard" because we don't read about their vacation in the books but they actually spend much time together... Ginny just don't make part of the initial trio that fights against Voldemort so she does not appears too much in the books (that is focused on the war). ;-; But JKR, even though she doesn't describe the scenes, suggests that they pass much time together...

I agree. There was no development in they way of Harry and Ginny and Ron and Hermione. It was very disappointing to see them get together. Hermione has always been there for Harry and always been loyal to him. Hermione has also been that solid figure for Harry. He needs something stable in his life with all this loss and Hermione has been that person. This will definitely go down as one of the greatest movie and book blunders of all time.

I think J.K Rowling did it so they would all end up being in-laws. Like ron would be Harry's brother in-law, and Hermione would be his sister in-law, just so they were forced to spend time with each other.
