If you are in Vancouver, you can certainly feel a very pronounced Asian influence. There is a British feel to Eastern Canada, especially in the Maritimes, and there is a French feel to Quebec. If you go to PEI, everyone is white, Irish and Catholic. If you go to Toronto, you feel like you are in New York with every kind of person under the sun. It depends where you go.

By the way, Brits don't feel that they are Europeans. They refer to Europe as "the Continent".

Actually, the worst countries in Africa have been heavily influenced by Europeans. Some of the worst areas in Africa are the way they are because of the diamond trade or other minerals. All of these are severely propagated by white investment. Militarys around the world, including Canada, have started to allow their soldiers to wear religious symbols and headgear (including turbans) if it doesn't outwardly advertise their religion. But it's beside the case, what Fromm is pointing out here is how the Canadian identity is being destroyed by multiculturalism. He wants Canada to be a European country with a European identity, so he wants to throw out non-Europeans because they destroy this identity. That's a matter of heritage, not race per se.
