I think it's a generalised term to describe alot of ppls concerns about moving to one world governance. I'm all in favor of world leaders getting together to find common ground and use legislation to stop irresponsible elements of capitalism, however I am against some sort of implant chip introduction or even ID cards. If nwo means countries can talk with practical purpose to solve issues, I'm all for it. If it means imposing too much on individual states... tbc
