siwon is going crazy over the death of hankyung cuz he had a heart attack after he killed hankyung, then the doctor puts hankyung's heart into his body and siwon started to have feelings about the girl and found out that it was the girl's boyfriend he killed so........and besides the reason siwon started to have feelings about the girl is because hankyung's heart that's in his body still have feeling for her

ok. as usual, the plot is very complicated and impossible. so, correct me if i'm wrong, shiwon is the criminal, lee yeon hee and hankyung are lovers. shiwon is the criminal who ended up shooting hankyung cuz he was a policeman. hankyung died and shiwon almost died if it wasn't hankyung's heart which was donated to him...so now, since it's hankyung's heart, shiwon is feeling the pain?
