It's not so radical as some might think. It's simply going back to the way the economy used to be up until the 70s I think.The way the founding fathers intended. As for being sure about what he says I base that upon his record and past. He is very consistent and does not make deals that compromise our our values according to the what the constitution says.

Seems like once something is theorized then maybe we have to look for some manifestation. There is cause and effect, stimulus and response, probing and sensing, there is seeding and reaping. Maybe we have to look at that star enery and try to detect something that has yet to be detected. Maybe we will have to talk to aliens and try to ply them into forking over the info.

Of course there are things that are not so easy to sense. One can sense an electric field, but one needs tools to manipulate. Gravity is an easy one, but tends to be omnipresent from our point of view. Magnetic tech is coming along. It could be there are other things that defy sensation but are there to be found perhaps used nontheless.

One thing that seems to be certain is that there is a force that wants to discover what might be considered subtle and then there is the brutal force that only wishes to stifle discovery. 100 years ago there were rudimenary gasoline engines. i don't know when there was a first steam engine. Maybe 50 years ealier? It seems like we should be capuring sun light as best we can. Zero point seems more like wishful thinking than a reality, but just because i don't know about the theory does not mean there isn't one cooking. Not chemical, not solar, not atomic. It might be very cool to have free energy. We could ignore the "gods of big bucks".
