I actualy don't know the rules for yellow flag but there is a yellow flashing light at 00:24 and he overtoke that HRT thing. But before Eau Rouge there is a green flashing light. Look at the flashing point before Eau Rouge again and you will see it's flashing yellow and then green.

What is the rule?
