I will tell you, where the problem is: horses are ANIMALS, not cars and their'e not made for this supid shit! Horses should stand on grasslands, bis grasslands for their whole life! ... I remember seeing this race previewed on BBC1 sometime in the 1970s and a horse called Stephens Society won it. It then ran in the Aintree Grand National - but didn't complete the course.

So tomorrow was Velká Pardubická steeplechase 2007, the winner is Sixteen-7 years old mare, she ran it for the first time, second si last winner Decent fellow, third Eliška Přemyslovna, fourth Ivoire de Beaulieu, fifth Juventus with Josef Váňa jun.only 16 years old boy, but son of the most popular czech jockey. Even this year there were injuries during all day, during the main race for ex.two favourites fell on the Taxis- Cieszymir had to be destroyed,

Nice one- loved seeing all those jockeys falling off their horses! The Taxis fence is very similar to Bechers Brook- always good for a few pile ups.

OMG! I have not seen this before as film only images.. How do they no where they are going! Its all over the place, but the size of the fences!!!

Amazing truley amazing, horses really are incredible animals and we really are ntus to ride them over fences like that!!

What a wonderful race! How did the horses keep up the pace for the whole way?? What about the Taxi fence? Like the chair at Aintree. I've often thought that we could do a race like that . . something like a cross between (say) Aintree/ Sandown/ Badminton and Hickstead! What do you think???
