Also getting the starting job is based on minutes you need to pass the starter in minutes so you can look at that after very game and watch it go up do you play like 8 min or 12 min quarters?

a good way to get assists is you pass it to your teammate with the shot clock at 2 or 3 seconds and hell shoot it as soon as he catches it
