It has been medically proven the the inside of a foreskin contains less keratin and has alot of langerhand cells which attract and deliver diseases to the bodies immune system for destruction. Therfore the removal of the foreskin greatly reduces the risk of HIV and Aids.
There are probaly greater numbers of IV drug users in the US and Europe. It is unlikely to have anything to do with circumcision
i spent the first 6 years of my life in south africa, my mother was xhosa, and she was very very close to her family and the medicine doctor and all those guys.
she choose to get me circomsized as a baby in hospital, so i would not have to go through all this.

AIDS is not an issue for circumcision or not.
In United States where men are circumcised there are probably more cases of Aids than Europe where men are not circumcised.
So stop this stupidity.
Mother Nature gave us the foreskin for a good reason.
If a men want to be circumcised he can do it when he is an adult.
