well, not all dentists are like this one.. you can't just generalize it that way.. :)

i'm agree with you guys saying that he didnt do the proper treatment to the patient. he should have focused to what he's doing, never look around while his hands are still working. and when the patient start to show painful movement, the dentist should stop for a while, and let the patient relax first.. dat's how it should be done..

@wuachu81 fyi, the theory abt patient's anxiety is really wide. and if the doctor really knows how to work with that type of patient, then trust me, he wouldnt even have to work more than an hour.
