  • How can anyone hate mythbusters? They're just awesome, i mean come on!!!

  • Those guys rock, HARD!

  • The mythbusters have done great things for science and entertainment. If I had known they were going to be there I would have tried to go Stewart, Colbert, Savage, Hyneman - perfection.

  • Wow, everyone's suddenly bringing politics into this. Seriously, how do you get potitics out of a bunch of people doing the wave?

  • i know this isnt it, but; i saw them on the colbert report and they said they are up to going to the moon to see if its possible. i want the colbert nation to back that up. well... it wouldent prove we went there then. but with all the trouble nasa has had even recently(not that recently) to get to orbit, it seems hard still. or a ploy to get more cash that way to fule the black space ops..... i like mythbusters.

disclosure 2011, or wait for a snap decision.

    wolf.......

  • I lifted up my arms when it came...

  • @KyuubiBloodSucker That's what she said.

  • palov's dogs

  • @Jarvis1 pavlovs cat

  • @PapalRabbi pavlov's pavlova

  • @bnpbnptgtr You have the right to express your opinion. And even though I personally do not agree with your opinion, nor the offensive way you choose to express it, many liberals have gone to their death defending the freedom for you to express that opinion. Please be respectful!

  • MIDDLE!!!!!

  • @Death2Fanboys How on earth is this selling out? They're not making money off it, and there was nothing controversial about this.

  • @Death2Fanboys Do you really think they do their show for free? They were hired to do some experiments with the crowd and entertain... that is what they did.

  • Mythbusters are one of the few good things still left on the Discover Channel.

  • @echosyst I believe you may have diverged from the subject matter being addressed here. We, (I and most of the other participants below ) are talking about the subject of the video, i.e. a wave of 200,000+ people conducted by two TV MythBuster celebrities. What relevance does said wave have to do with liberals, who is going to win the election tomorrow, President Obama, or ex-hippies? The majority of Americans would have no problem with conducting a wave experiment on the Mall.

  • why were mythbusters there? their show is cool but this was fucking retarded. nuff said

  • @yobuttin it was suppose to be. The rally was just a random gathering of people.

  • echosyst, be very, very, very afraid that your views are in the vast fringe minority of Americans. Having attended this rally and participating in the wave, I can attest to the validity, and sanity of the MythBuster's methodology. And, yes, I have a Masters Degree in Science!

  • @gizmotech2

If I am in the vast fringe why are liberals headed for a drubbing at the polls tomorrow? You have no self awareness. I don't care if you have a Master's degree. Obama went to Harvard and he obviously is not so smart. I have NOTHING to fear. It is amazing to see all of these over the hill hippies that used to talk about speaking "truth to power" arguing on behalf of big brother. They have BECOME the establishment and are desperately clinging to power.

  • echosyst, be very, very, very afraid that your views are in the vast fringe minority of Americans. Having attended this rally and participating in the wave, I can attest to the validity, and sanity of the MythBuster's methodology. And, yes, I have a Maters Degree in Science!

  • @echosyst Yeah and I bet they believe in evolution and global warming too! Damn liberal scientists and their crazy ideas.

  • @echosyst You are a true idiot sir... please take some time and re-read what you just wrote. then repeat it to yourself while you look in the mirror and try to find some kind of logic somewhere in your babble.

  • @echosyst Couldn't agree more. Sad to see politicized science. It happened in Russia, it happened in Atlas Shrugged, and it happens whenever politics touches science. Leave science in the free markets.

  • @OutlawTomFantastic the are no politics here.

  • @sajinokami Where is here?

  • @OutlawTomFantastic Atlas Shrugged?...Ayn Rand was a sociopath

  • @ravemachin She probably wasn't, but Steve Jobs probably was. Doesn't mean sociopaths can't occasionally contribute great ideas to this world. In any event, Atlas Shrugged certainly has ideas in it that are worth pondering.

  • @echosyst so anybody that appears on Fox is not credible?...or MSNBC...dude you are retarded

  • Awesome! I remember the wave going past us a couple of times, and chanting "louder, louder!" but had no idea the Mythbusters started it!

  • yeah echosyst, come on... I mean, don't be an ass...oh wait, I see what you're doing there......

  • I remember watching this then seeing Mythbusters come on.

    YES.

  • @echosyst So you dislike their show now... because of their political support for Jon and Stephen? I'm sorry, but that's just not reasonable.

  • Awesome Wave!

  • that was an awesome wave- I swear we had half the people jumping into the wave

  • i'm in shock. my dada went to the rally and i was doing a cosplay meet with my friends and helping out with a play at my school. if i had know they would be there, i would have said "CANCEL EVERYTHING!!! I'm going to D.C. and meeting the MYTHBUSTERS!!!!"

  • I was there. When they asked everyone to Jump at one time. It was a entrusting moment. :)
