@Queen0fChaos The ocean temperature doesn't change that between summer and winter it's just the air temperature that makes it feel really cold. it's around 10 celsius year round

I was hoping to head up to tofino in november, is the surf any good then? I have only been a couple times, I think ill stay at cox bay, is it the beach to surf up there? or is it all day of?

We stayed out for a long time. Shot video for a couple hours then we shot photos for 2 or 3 hours after that.
