  • Ben, I'm so glad to see that you're still at it. Great short and of course, great acting by a hometown favorite, et al. Someone's gotta throw some money at you so you can write and direct something really awesome.

  • @jgrub Thanks Joe. I'm sure we'll get together someday soon.

  • The one tweak I would recommend for this short--and it would be an easy fix as it just involves a couple of insert shots--would be to change the readout displays to look more Steampunk-ish as well. The green readouts with the squared font look out of place. Go with a yellow one instead with some kind of serif font. Design it in such a way that it resembles Jules Verne's iPhone. Other than that, excellent work! Subscribed!

  • Interesting storyline and twist, i like it :D

  • Great movie man,

  • @DirectorBenJuhl What an awesome look your sets characters have! I freakin' love steampunk. We just finished our post-apocalyptic short film trilogy. Check it out at youtube.com / swinemovie. I'd love to hear your thoughts.

  • what is the name of the movie?

  • It's good but untrue, because if he went back in time and killed him it would get rid of the need to go back in time in the present, not killing him and everything would stay the same. Good film though ^.^

  • good stuff

  • Pretty good

  • that is so cool, so basically he assassinates people in the past who will become really evil in the future. this could definitely make for a great series, great job

  • Also, damn good point.

  • Good call. Hadn't thought of that.

  • wish you had kept the gun selection more steam punk ie:luger, mauser1896.

    -nice job!

  • @will4ward nah, i quite like the fact he's selling him the weapons he's familiar to lull him in to thinking the steampunk weapon was rubbish, and then getting owned by it. would've fallen apart quick if he'd tryd to sell him vintage weapons from the outset

  • @Dougthegoat - you r'e right, old boy! - I just cringe whenever I see the 50.cal Eagle Its so hollywood and is basically a penis extension and not a tactical weapon.

  • Jose is HIS own girl friend!

    Who knows better than YOU?

  • mr.gun reminds me of a young liam neeson

  • oohh.... pretty interesting...

  • Amazing great acting and not enough views those 5 dislikes were clearly people who slipped Subbed

  • that was cool. enjoyed watching.

  • i liked the scenario. It's one of the best on youtube

  • Very cool, something I could see on Tails from the Crypt.

  • wow. that was freakin incredible. if i had a time machine that'd be me.

  • sorry to say but showing an exterior that is completely unaltered real world does not immerse me in the steampunk world plus the real world weapons werent in it either

  • sorry to say but showing an exterior that is completely unaltered real world does not immerse me in the steampunk world

  • That. That was cool

  • i.......like it

  • "so that's like, 600 dead in one minute" xD

  • Very nice, neat time-travel twist at the end! Wasn't expecting that!

  • Very cool. Two brass & leather thumbs up.

  • not fully steampunk but the it did have the flair.

  • eeeeehhhhh... its alright. im no one to talk but it wasnt really steampunk. just a couple of devices.

  • That was a really cool short movie I liked it.

  • This is amazing!! I LOVE IT!!!

  • Moral of the Story.... Don't Fuck With A Steampunk! (Well Done my Friend! ) ^_^

  • I really like the story, but if it were a real movie it would need a better title like: the Soul collector, or the (in)Conspicuous Man

  • awesome work! loved every minute of this film

  • Great Work!!!

  • Our appreciation goes out to everyone who posted. Thanks for the excellent feedback.

  • Very well done, I really enjoyed it.

  • I absolutely loved it! Thank you for this piece of hard work!

  • The plot is fine. The scenery is alright. But the characters were a bit overacted.

The british accent needs more work too.

The "thug" guy, however, his acting was really nice. A bit more "natural" perhaps.

  • I came across this while watching gun vids luved it! the quality really surprized me , now i'm looking for anything steampunk.

  • this could make a nice web series... if that's what you were shooting for

  • This.. is steampunk? Isn't this alt-fashion with waistcoats?

  • I love all things steampunk, and this is no exception. If you could post a how-to on goggles similar to those, that would be sweet.

  • it's all about the goggles!

  • This was really good.

  • great begin..but the end....no go..sorry

  • I actually stumbled upon this by accident from a photoshoot page, I have to say I am glad I took the time to watch this very cool!
