Lyrics also need soul, not just good vocabulary. Curtis danced through emotion. You can't speak for Curtis either. Ian sang of his hardships of his life, not something to dance to. Also, the name JD had meaning behind it too, it was to reach out against fascism, and the post-punk era delivered that. This song doesn't deliver these elements.

This song, as I was saying, shouldn't have the title cause they aren't showing Ian Curtis' and his expression. When he danced, he danced to let his emotions and wrote music to almost keep him sane. The song however makes JD look like some silly dance band and has no true meaning.
