  • i suggest you to hold it at least 30 sec before move on the straddle.

    Your joints and tendons will not be prepared to this higher pressure(straddle) if you dont wait to hold longer the adv . tuck.

  • @Jaza120 i'm familiar with the Sommer method, if you haven't done anything besides it, what I meant is your weekly/daily training plan, and how a training session looks like.

  • @kiwarrior888 My training for handstand was just trying it without wall. Now my training session is handstands, planches, handstand pushups, everything when i feel like training. No plans or schedules. Listen to your body. I never used Sommer's method.

  • @Jaza120 i see. i've been in the handstand game for quite a long time, the problem is that I can't train too much though I have the time. everything stresses the shoulders and the triceps, so after a few sets or holds, i'm done unfortunately
