Very Inspirational, I'm a 55 year old shot putter who has started training. I'm very excited and anxious to throw again. I need to get info. on any competitions that I can enter.

@vinscha1223 As i read this my elbow hurts. Bicycle riding. Hills while carrying all my camping gear. How's the shot putt going? I'm 55 also.
