To those who say you are wasting money.. I say, the best fitness equipment you will ever buy is the one you actually use. I have owned an elliptical, an exercise bike, a bowflex, a total gym, and had memberships at Bally and LAFitness.. This is far cheaper in the long run and I like using it.
@beloit22 Thats BS and you know it. I am a real estate appraiser in Florida (all available information on-line). I have never owned any company and do not own any stocks. where is your integrity dude?
Wow. It uses your own body weight. Revolutionary. O Wait so does pushups, pull ups, tricep dips, crunches, and should press ups. Don't waste your money. If you do throw in a couple extra bucks and maybe they will send you a thigh master.
I have it and The Rack is amazingly versatile, and the workout DVD's that come with it are awesome! Have had issues with my shoulders for years and have been able to work them, as well as my chest better than I have in a long time. I Love it!!!
I can see it being okay if you mainly want to do dips and ab stuff but, I saw the commercial and them stating that you could look like the big guy doing the exercises is stupid! it weights 30 lbs! you dont get big with 30 lbs of resistance and body resistance!
@beloit22 The ab workout you get on this thing looks funny but is really amazing.. Can't do that on a walker.. The stability is much better and the various hand positions for the pushups is good. A walker can let you do dips and only dips. Saying you can achieve the same results is disingenuous.

@alejonsu what did you not like about it I bought the old school version for dips back then it cost $50
it doesnt do everything but if you want a very sturdy portable dip rack then this fits the bill
