pick up the coconut milk from the organix line its pretty cheap but its amazing !!! :D or the biologe i think its called but this one kinda pricy but its worth it they both work just the biologe you can put on through out the day the organix one if you do tht it makes your hair a lil oily ut they make your hair feel sooooo fuding soft haha

Didn't do anything for my hair either. and I have super thick hair. I definetly do not reccomend this, plus if you ever try to cancel it, the people are extremely rude and continued to charge me for it for 3 months!

I tried Wen but it didn't really do anything more than my normal shampoo&conditioner does. My normal shampoo and conditioner is actually way more moisturizing. I do use the Wen styling products though

It might just be your hair type.. I've used it for 3 years now and it works well on my hair. Good job explaining it too! Some people just don't get it lol. Also the reason it doesn't lather is because it's not a shampoo it's a straight up conditioner, shampoos dry out your hair when they lather which is why it doesn't lol. And also also lol.. The reason your hair feels dry is because you have to put the leave in conditioner it comes with in your hair afterwards.

I have a whole bunch of Wen products for no reason. I don't know why they get sent to me. But thanks for the review! I used the sweet mint butter cream thingy. I like it, especially the smell. The cleansing conditioner usually would clean more than moisturize your hair. I would assume that it's like a shampoo with a little conditioner in it. Which strips the natural oils out of your hair. That's why you really have to moisturize after you use anything that says "cleansing" in the name.

@ShantiSyndrome my boss gave me these... i assumed cleansing conditioner meant it was mostly conditioner which also cleaned. but i've never been a fan of 2-in-1's anyways!

the wen cleansing product removes all build up. the "dryness" or "straw" feeling is your actual hair texture now that you dye/bleach/use hot tools etc as many times as you have. when you use pantene or other shampoos and conditioners they have silicones and other ingredients that stay in your hair strands. which actually isnt good for it. i suggest you keep using the wen cleanser 1-2 a month but find an alternative to the reg. shampoos and conditioners you use. something organic maybe? up to u

@jameyskyexo well i don't bleach my hair for one, and i only straighten once or twice a week... i've had salons professionally strip my hair of all buildup and it never made my hair feel this crappy, it made it feel healthier. seems weird that this would 'strip' my hair of buildup and make it feel worse...

I adore the wen hair care system, I can't see myself ever going back to normal shampoo. It leaves my hair so soft and shiny! I'm sorry you didn't get the results you were looking for.

@meaggierae89 i know, it really depressed me. I havent used the deep conditioner yet (that you sleep in every night) but im going to try that and see if it helps make my hair feel a little softer.

@KinKiNiKKi4 I use it once a week, I find it really enhances the effect of the cleansing conditioner. I only use it once a week because I have not dyed my hair in a good bit, so it's in pretty decent condition at the moment. I'd plan on using it maybe 3 times a week if I were to dye again.
