OK, so Im an idiot. After hitting the program button, you enter your pin and hit the enter key, and do that 3 times? Or did you just do that for example purposes?

Thanks! The instructions on the of the opener are EPIC FAIL. This video had the keypad and 3 remotes programmed in < 3 minutes. You rock!

thanks... took me less then a minute to find this on you tube and about 5 minutes to reset the remotes!! That taking the time to move the van and get the ladder out and then all put away... Which is less time then it would to have found the directions and then read them. hehe

my keypad on the outside of the house didn't reset until I followed the instructions WITH THE DOOR CLOSED. Otherwise, this was very helpful. Thanks.

Actuly your supose to press and relese the learn button (red or green or purple or white or yellow or grey button) and the the little LED next to it will glow stedily for 30 seconds and then with in that 30 second time period you press and hold the button on the remote you want to program and the then the lights on the motor unit will blink and then you release the button on the remote and its programed. Don't argue with me I know what im talking about just saying.

NOPE, that reset my car remotes as advertised but my keypad is still inop. I may have to take it off the wall and clean contacts or get a new keypad

My car remotes work fine, the keypad battery is fully 12 V. charged but the keypad needs reprogrammed it seems.

Did not work with Sears Craftsman belt drive, 2 new remotes, new batteries.

$229 garage door opener PLUS "guaranteed" installation. Remotes worked for couple months. By the way, this didn't help and Sears had no one working that could answer question.

Classic, don't you just love it when you buy the most expensive model it fails and no one can fix or give any advice on how to do it yourself?
