I really enjoy working out and working out hard. I am currently alternating between doing bodyweight strength excerises (pushups to failure, pullups to failure, squats to failure, etc.) one day and then the next day, doing bodyweight cardio (thank you by the way for the one you've posted-quite helpful). Am I in any danger of muscle fatigue. I typically rest 1 day a week. So far I feel great, but I don't want to damage my body. Any advice?
@ELSwellness idk y he would say that--coming from a lifter that looks perfect to me--your keeping your back stright and not bent and your going down to the point that your making a 90degree angle with your calf and thigh. nothings wrong with it.
the exercises presented are fairly good- the burpees will have you gasping- but in order for exercises to count as cardio it has to last for at least 20 min. 8 min is better than nothing but a full 20 min is essential to burn the most fat and have the heart working at a maximum rate
Why 20 minutes? If I can get you to work hard for 8, 10, 15 minutes what's wrong with that?
I understand your point, but there's nothing magical about 20 minutes.
Sure you may burn a higher percentage at that point, but it's just a percentage not necessarily total fat. Plus if you work so hard that your heart rate goes through the roof you cross over from aerobic to anaerobic, which is where all my workouts keep you - including this one.
Thanks for the comment and for watching the videos!

Why do you say that?

When you do squats you wanna try and not push your back so much forward it needs to be up just like your squatting weight.
