re: last comment - that might seem like kind of a jump so i'll explain. people dont buy tray icons, or desktop widgets. people pay all day long for little 'apps' on platforms such as android. the theory is, if we make the windows experience match the tablet/smartphone one, and create a need for more familiar 'apps', people will begin buying them. once this starts getting old. learn to program or switch to linux. an app that (literally) takes 20 minutes to code should be free.

im not trying to troll, or be defamatory, just offer some observations as constructive criticism. first, explorer already contains all of this functionality - it's just been renamed. second, encouraging people to store everything on their desktop in 'piles'? if you could see my lab bench... i get the idea here, but simply giving a 'fun' name and gesture to drag-and-drop doesn't enhance its functionality. Like Windows 8, it looks like an attempt to monetize on app-craze in a desktop setting.

OK. This software MIGHT work on some computers. I have a Vostro 3300 I think (laptop, it sucks, got it for free), and when I installed this thing, everything looked fine. After a while I got bored with it, so I tried to uninstall it. I might not be a computer nerd, however, I found it very hard to uninstall it.... I had to Google it :D
