Yes read the site and the bit i liked is where it said " The rules are inconsistent, due to variations, such as in China, for example, where an eBay seller can list for free (or deeply discounted listings) without fear of having auctions terminated for trademark or copyright violations"

nice to see it's not just me that has made the link and i and a few others reported a gang from China selling fake gold and as to be exspected, ebay did nothing

Scary stuff when we see the efforts they put into things like making crime legal for them, silencing critics, burying bad news, former execs running (or trying to buy) Governor's offices etc.

In case you weren't aware, here in USA eb is lobbying against organized crime bills.

(So we may therefore safely subsume they favor organized crime)

2. can't see it

3. and/or are scamming right along with the scammers. Most likely the ebay EMPLOYEES are scammers too. I have proof!

#1 way to get scammed = utilize ebay in any way, shape or form.

Even eb employees acknowledge the existence of "rogue organizations inside eBay" over at the glassdoor review site.

If you saw the feedback extortion video and read the threads for that, you saw that there was mention of the "San José connection" etc.

Eb-PP might well be most corrupt corp the world has ever known.

have you been paying attention to the latest shenanigans? It seems as though ebay is going to try & release skype as standalone entity without mentioning, in preparation for their big IPO or to potential buyers, that they lack a key element to continue operating as they have.
